SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options:

  • We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. 
  • Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS. 
  • The Classy Lady  is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 
  • If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 
  • Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

RETURN POLICY

The Classy Lady  Return Limitations:

The Classy Lady reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive return history
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

The Classy Lady reserves the right to refuse services and products to any customer or entity due to similar actions noted above.

Any item indicating Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit. 

EXCHANGES

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. You can return the product and we will issue you an E-Gift Card once we’ve received the return. You can use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item.  

Past 14 Days Returns

Any returns received past the original 14 days of the delivery date will be rejected and returned to sender. If the cost of returning the item to you exceeds the current value of the item, a 50% restocking fee to the item will then be processed and an E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
